The Grooming Process

  • Scheduling your pup’s appointment is easy — just pick a date and time that works for you with one of our groomers.

  • Drop your doggo off at our salon at your scheduled appointment time, conveniently located at 592 Mulberry Street, Blacklick, Ohio, for their personalized grooming session. When you arrive, send us a message and your groomer will meet you in the waiting room.

  • Each grooming session is one-on-one from beginning to end — no rush, no stress. Your pup’s groomer personalizes the experience to their unique needs, coat type, and temperament. We don’t use cage dryers and make every effort to keep dogs out of crates, creating a peaceful environment where they can truly relax.

  • When we’re about 15 minutes from finishing, you’ll receive a text letting you know your pup is almost ready — clean, happy, and smelling amazing!
    Please plan to arrive on time so we can avoid using crates. We ask that all pups are picked up within 45 minutes of notification to help keep our schedule running smoothly and to avoid late pickup fees.

The Walking Process

We’ll start with a free consultation where you and your pup meet your walker. You can discuss routines, treats, leashes, and any questions you have.

The Walk

Whether you’re working, traveling, or running errands, we’ll walk your pup in your neighborhood and give them plenty of love.

Scheduling

After the consultation, you’ll get an email with app instructions to easily book daily, weekly, or monthly walks. You’ll receive quick booking confirmations, usually within an hour.

Post Walk Report

After each walk, you’ll get a report with photos, GPS route, and behavior updates—plus the option to chat with your walker.
