Frequently Asked Question?

  • Yes. We always set up a one-time complimentary "Doggo Date" to introduce you to your dog walker and to review your detailed client profile before the dog walks start. Additionally, if we need to introduce a new walker or backup walker we will be sure to let you know ahead of time.

    Schedule Appointment

  • We will assign you with a dedicated dog walker. You will then have the same dog walker each walk unless there are dates/times when they are unavailable. In this situation, we will contact you to let you know we need to set up a different walker to fill in for your dedicated walker. We will also set up a practice walk for the alternate walker to join your dedicated dog walker so the dedicated walker can introduce your dog(s) to the alternate walker and show them how they do everything.

  • Abso-freakin-lutely! We have two dogs our self and totally understand. However, we do charge an additional $4 per doggo for our walks.

  • We ask you to choose a 1 hour arrival timeframe during which your walker will come each day rather than coming at a set time. If there is a time you prefer over other times, put it in the notes when scheduling so we can do our best to walk at that time. However, things come up and sometimes it's not possible to be there at an exact time. However, we will always do our best to accommodate your request.

  • We walk each client’s dog(s) in your own neighborhood.

  • We require two sets of working keys from every client unless there is a digital access (garage door opener, keypad lock etc..) Keys are to be given to us at the time of the consultation (or schedule a time to pick up them before the first walk). One set of keys is for your dedicated dog walker and the other set is to be held in a safe lockbox for emergencies, lockouts, or in case your keys should stop working or break in the lock. If you do not have two sets of keys ready at the consultation, you may either mail them or we can set a time to come back during office hours to pick them up.

  • We take credit card through out system which is auto charged every Friday. We do accept venmo / cash upon request.

  • Great question, at this time we are very competitive with our pricing. In the future, we plan to add more incentives and such. Currently, we only offer deals for clients who book daily & consistent walks. If you're planning on scheduling daily walks, please let us know during our doggo date. :) .

  • Absolutely! We will take on any type of dog. It doesn't matter what breed. All that matters is that your dog is not aggresive towards us. This is one of the benefits of the doggo date to ensure we're a good fit. Dogs are funny creatures and they may be aggresive with one person but not another.

  • At this time, we don't do pack walks and do not plan to. We offer one-on-one enriching walks for your doggo/s.

  • We understand things come up. If for any reason you do not need a walk for that day, we ask you please let us know 24 hours in advanced. We know this isn't always possible, so just let us know as soon as you possibly can. At this time, we do not charge for cancellations unless we show up and we are not needed.

  • Yes, however these should be discussed and requested weeks in advanced. We try to accommodate all request but we will always be transparent about our availability.
