  • Yes. We always set up a one-time complimentary "Doggo Date" to introduce you to your dog walker and to review your detailed client profile before the dog walks start. Additionally, if we need to introduce a new walker or backup walker we will be sure to let you know ahead of time.

    Schedule Appointment

  • To ensure reliable and consistent care, each client is assigned a team of 3-4 walkers. While we strive to keep the same walker for your scheduled walks, there may be times when another team member steps in.

    To make transitions seamless, we’ll arrange a practice walk where your dog(s) can meet the alternate walker alongside a familiar team member. This approach ensures your pet always receives the best care, even when schedules shift.

  • Abso-freakin-lutely! We have two dogs our self and totally understand. However, we do charge an additional $4 per doggo for our walks.

  • We ask you to choose from our time-block arrival timeframe during which your walker will come each day rather than coming at a set time. If there is a time you prefer over other times, put it in the notes when scheduling so we can do our best to walk at that time. However, things come up and sometimes it's not possible to be there at an exact time. However, we will always do our best to accommodate your request.

  • We walk each client’s dog(s) in your own neighborhood.

  • We strongly recommend and prefer garage door codes, or door codes with a backup lockbox for entry. This eliminates the hassle of keeping and juggling keys. This also allows the client to change the codes if they no longer need our services. However, for those that this is not possible, we require 2 sets of keys. You can give us your keys at the meet & greet should you choose to schedule us.

  • We take credit card through out system which is auto charged every Friday. We do accept venmo / cash upon request.

  • Absolutely! We will take on any type of dog. It doesn't matter what breed. All that matters is that your dog is not aggresive towards us. This is one of the benefits of the doggo date to ensure we're a good fit. Dogs are funny creatures and they may be aggresive with one person but not another.

  • At this time, we don't do pack walks and do not plan to. We offer one-on-one enriching walks for your doggo/s.

  • We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel a scheduled walk, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice.

    We understand this may not always be possible, so please inform us as soon as you can. At this time, we do not charge for cancellations unless there are repeated last-minute cancellations or if we arrive and find our services are not needed.

    In the event that we show up for a scheduled appointment and are not needed, the full fee for the service will be charged.

  • Yes, however these should be discussed and requested weeks in advanced. We try to accommodate all request but we will always be transparent about our availability. There is a $10 Holiday fee for the following holidays: Easter Day

    • Christmas Day

    • New Year’s Eve

    • New Year’s Day

  • We do! However, there is an additional $7 service fee attached to weekend services.
